The Receptionist is responsible for receiving all calls and channel them to the appropriate parties as well as to serve customers and employees always giving a professional and caring image. This person will also be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in the execution of administrative duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Essential Duties and Responsabilities
General administrative and clerical support.
Greeting and receiving visitors, understanding their purpose in coming, and divert to other departments to further the depth of services to the guests.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls or take and relay messages.
Assist in the communication of Customer Support
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Organize meetings and provide services in the conference room
Overseeing general appearance of office, pantry, and public areas.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Make copies and file documents and as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages. Portuguese is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must know how to navigate within a dynamic environment.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Proactive, energetic, organized, customer focused self-motivated and dynamic personality.
Dependable, punctual and resourceful.
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
