The Data Entry Specialist is principally responsible for accurately entering data in the Leads Management Platform to ensure goals and performance are met at all times. This person will ensure daily submissions and monitor customer support emails. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Account Manager and Leads Support Team member.
Daily lead file submissions.
Daily leads upload an audit process.
Weekly reporting of workload.
Forecast additional work to meet level of services.
Escalation of communications based on situations.
Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.
Advanced level of MS Excel.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages.
Excellent at documenting and following up on commitments and deadlines.
Proficient use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities.
Proactive, energetic, organized, customer focused, self-motivated and dynamic personality.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Dependable, punctual and resourceful.
Highly organized; keep attention to detail.
Associate's degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
