The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the program’s communication, promotions and user experience. This position will also analyze behavior to make strategic recommendations for new marketing initiatives.
This highly visible position interacts with the client and internal cross-functional teams to assure that an on-line digital program meets or exceeds expected target goals through special local promotions that could include Distributors & Sponsors.
He/she supports the overall management of an on-line digital platform. This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong administrative, communications and organizational skills who has experience with boosting promotions.
Develop strategic communications plans to support the program’s goals and objectives.
Track sales & behavior KPI to propose INCENTIVES & PROMOTIONS for the region.
Communicate with Distributers, Resellers, and Sponsors through webinars, online marketing, events and any other strategic media.
Use the program’s platform and other modules as a communicational tool to push the program’s KPIs
Prepare and present weekly reports highlighting results and key initiatives
Assure and maintain the program’s user experience and platform functionality.
Complete testing to assure the platform and existing modules are user friendly and working properly
Maintain the program’s platform and each module’s documentation
Collaborate in the development of specific projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university. Must have a minimum of 2 years of related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Marketing background (whether education, experience or both).
Knowledge on creating new promotions to boost performance of programs and a passion for working with numbers.
Bilingual: English/Spanish.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
Highly organized; keep attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams.
Experience working with technology companies or distributors preferred.
