The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the program’s entire and overall success by measuring periodical goals according to the program KPIs, and ensuring their delivery in a timely manner. In addition, this person will interact with all areas by managing cross-functional teams and processes to assure the program exceeds expected target goals.
Work closely with loyalty program leader to ensure goals and performance of the program are met at all time.
Maintain knowledge of Optime’s services to better serve client’s need
Contribute in the implementation of new and dynamic marketing initiatives
Maintain a clear communication on projects and status with the entire team to meet expected results. This includes and is not limited to presentations, meetings, calls
Support with projects and initiatives in terms of implementation, launch, execution, communications, process and performance.
Maintain & review platform to ensure it is updated with the right context
Copywriting context and translation if necessary (htmls, banners, automatic messages, etc.)
Monitor platform functionality to proactively communicate the issues to be fixed.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Highly organized; keep attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams
Dependable, punctual and resourceful.
