The Video Producer is primarily responsible for the developing and design of video, audio, graphics and animation for Optime and its clients. This position is also responsible for creating the full visual design and development of all multimedia projects. This person researches, recommends, and uses highly specialized production tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our products and services.
 
Responsibilities
Plan and develops all video projects
Scouts locations, organize shoots, film projects, record audio, and set up lighting among others for proper video creation.
Brainstorm and conceptualizes ideas, with ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits.
Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequences
Establishes and uphold video production standards
Continually review and improve multimedia production processes to ensure procedures are streamlined, easy to follow, and cost-effective.  
Keeps up to date on industry trends and new technologies
 
Desired Skills and Experience
3 years of experience in a video production environment
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Motion, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong knowledge in audio and lighting techniques
Ability to think creatively and solve unique problems on the fly
Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects under tight deadlines
Experience with creating video for social platforms is a plus
Knowledge of, and a passion for, technology culture a plus
Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Ability to work under pressure.
Capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
Able to manage high volume workload.
Proactive, energetic, organized, customer focused, self-motivated and dynamic personality.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams
 
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
