Loyalty Program CoordinatorWeston, Fl, USA

The Loyalty Program Coordinator will drive new and dynamic marketing initiatives for one of our main Fortune 500 Clients. This highly visible position will interact with all areas by managing cross-functional teams and processes to assure the program meets or exceeds expected target goals.  This position will also analyze behavior in order to make strategic recommendations for new sales and marketing initiatives.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct contact with program leader/stakeholders from the client side
  • Manage the team on PUSH strategy efforts to enhance program performance
  • Develop executive summaries with performance results and recommendations for weekly/quarterly presentation
  • Prepare and present weekly/quarterly meeting minutes 
  • Lead the launch of new program developments (re-launch, new modules, adjustments, etc.)
  • Analyze data and behaviors at a promotional level run through the program
 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Must have 3 years of related experience on IT product management within US and Canada markets.
  • Confident in the use of software tools pertaining to inventory, opportunity and customer management.
  • Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas.)
  • Successful achieving goals and quotas implementing sales and marketing tactics.
  • Budget planning & management based on sales impact and return on investment.
  • Contribute towards a positive and productive team based environment.
  • Able to execute objectives and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • Proactivity to detect, communicate, propose and insure that opportunity areas are capitalized.
  • Excellent at documenting and following up on commitments and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Able to listen to customer needs and formulate probing questions to further expand his/her comprehension.
  • Confident to present and demonstrate software features and benefits.
  • Experience adapting presentations and demonstrations based on audience needs.
  • Proficient use of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized; keep attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams.
  • Dependable, punctual and resourceful.
 
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
