As the Junior Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution, planning, logistics, and evaluation of assigned projects based on predetermined schedules and budgets. This person ensure quality control throughout the project life cycles by performing the following duties
Execute and manage assigned projects from beginning to end.
Be responsible for the project's results.
Work closely with different groups to complete the project, outlining the scope, objectives, outcomes, resources, budget and schedules.
Structure the project to estimate time required for each task.
Create project timelines to identify when each task needs to be completed and assigned personnel to it.
Act as mediator between the client and team members.
Resolve any inconvenience or difficulty during the project cycle, constantly communicating with upper management to ensure client’s expectations are met.
Effectively manage project scope, ensuring any change in the scope are documented and approved.
Follow up on project details and ensure everything is being completed by each unit assigned.
Create presentations to show results and take meeting minutes.
Analysis of results.
Provide feedback to improve current and future projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1-2 or more years of related experience
This person must be fully bilingual. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish languages including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, etc. Portuguese is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
A depth knowledge in project management.
Must know how to navigate within a dynamic environment.
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated problem resolution skills/experience.
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
