The Communications Coordinator will develop, execute and analyze innovative marketing strategies that will engage and drive B2I and B2D.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Formulate communication strategies for Optime and Optime’s clients.
Oversee quality standards and performance for Optime branding across online channels.
Analyze growth trends & develop strategies to increase engagement, reach & online presence.
Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to communications.
Organize communications department workload.
Evaluate outsourcing needs for translations and content development.
Check and approve communications design.
Desired skills & experience
Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish). Portuguese is a plus.
Experience interpreting and analyzing email blasting results.
Passion for digital communications – be personally active online and interested in the latest social & digital trends, innovations, & best practices.
Contribute towards a positive and productive team based environment
Excellent at documenting and following up on commitments and deadlines
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams.
Dependable, punctual, resourceful, and detail oriented
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
