As a program manager, you will drive new and dynamic marketing initiatives and interact with all areas by managing cross-functional teams and processes to assure the program meets or exceeds expected target goals.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as a trustworthy advisor for client understanding their strategies, objectives and concerns
  • Defines and measures key performance indicators that reflect a well-balanced mix of client needs, cash flow and profitable guidelines.
  • Provides leadership, mentoring, coaching and training to direct reports based on key performance indicators.
  • Leads weekly meetings, performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews insuring that client needs are met
 
Qualifications
  • Must have at 3 years of related experience on IT product management.
  • Confident in the use of software tools pertaining to inventory, opportunity and customer management
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Intermediate to high proficiency on Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas).
  • Budget planning & management based on sales impact and return on investment
 
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
