We are searching for a talented and passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a very dynamic person who will be responsible for generating new business to the sales cycle process.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through cold and warm calls and establish communication with appropriate decision-makers by phone and email
  • Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Ensure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our solutions through a consultative selling approach
  • Register new opportunities in PipeDrive
  • Gather budget requirements and obtain commitment
  • Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
  • Manage Sales Executive’s calendars by scheduling prospect customer appointments and calls

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Experience in composing RFP’s
  • Ability to successfully schedule weekly customer/prospect appointments
  • Lead generation expert through Social Media, cold calls and marketing email campaigns.
  • Proficient level of QuickBooks.
  • Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of PipeDrive is a plus. 
 
Education
Associate and/or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
