We are searching for a talented and passionate Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is a very dynamic person who will be responsible for providing support in the sales cycle process.
 
Responsibilities
Provide assistance for customer orders
Support in sales quotations
Support for third party estimations
Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes
Processing new sales leads in PIPEDRIVE
Monitoring customer accounts
Providing data and reports to help the sales team
Provide administrative assistance to account managers as required
Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed (Quickbook / Pipedrive)
Answering phone calls as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages. Portuguese is a plus.
Experience in composing RFP’s
Proficient level of QuickBooks.
Proficient level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
 
Education
Associate and/or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
