We are searching for a talented and passionate Financial Operations Assistant to join our operations team. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for supporting the operations team to ensure quality financial support and reporting to all loyalty programs. Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate all general financial activities of the client programs.
Assist in the development of executive summaries, reports, and presentations for business results.
Perform the program sales-out data process
Produce, analyze and consolidate program sales reports.
Participate in the claims process by receiving, managing, auditing, resolving and/or escalating financial claims
Produce forecasts and assist clients in the forecasting of budgets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Analyze and manage points account to avoid over-budget or under-budget.
Assist in the proper administration and reporting of POs and respective invoices.
Create invoices and follow-up on payments from the client.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficient level of Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
