The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to achieving the assigned quotas while guaranteeing our customers' needs are met and their sense of expectancy are exceed at all times. 
Penetrate into the market and generate new business by targeting and approaching potential clients.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualify and score leads through secondary research
Desired Skills and Experience
Must have at 3 years of related experience in the technology market.  
Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.  
Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data lookup and formulas)
Proficient use of QuickBooks, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Experience working with or similar CRM.
This person must be willing to work outside of the office.
Excellent customer service.
Knows how to function in a dynamic environment.
Possess a strong work ethic, the ability to perform tasks independently.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master degree is a plus.
